Betty Jane Lear, 71, of Palmer Township, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Monday, July 10, 2006, after a short battle with cancer.
Betty Jane lived in the Easton area all of her life. She retired last year at the age of 70 from IWA, formerly Country Miss, Forks Township. Prior to that she worked for Magnetic Windings.
Betty was a member of Bethel Memorial Baptist Church, Palmer Township. She was also a member of UNITE, AARP, Palmer Chapter, and Peck's Pond Sportsmen Assoc., where she enjoyed picnics and hanging out in the mountain air.
