Robert Baldwin was an actor who appeared on Broadway before moving to California and signing a contract with 20th Century-Fox. He has sometimes been confused with the actor Richard "Dick" Baldwin. In June of 1938 Ventura County Marriage Records show Robert Browning Baldwin and Cecilia Mary Elizabeth Parker taking out a marriage license. Cecilia Parker was best known for playing Mickey Rooney's sister in the popular Andy Hardy movies.
After twenty years with Fox Baldwin retired from movies and became a realtor.
