Services for Sue A. "Susie" Gallimore, 83, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, 2005 at Oakwood United Methodist Church with the Revs. Eddie Marcum and Floyd Haddock, officiating. Burial will follow in the City of Lubbock Cemetery under the direction of Franklin-Bartley Funeral Home.

Mrs. Gallimore died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2005 at the Garrison Care Center.

She was born June 11, 1921 in Tuscola to the late Rev. Aubrey and Lila Ashley. She graduated from Roaring Springs High School. She married Cleve Ben Gallimore Sept. 17, 1938 in Lorenzo. Cleve and Susie farmed in Bailey, Lubbock and Crosby Counties. Susie was a long time resident of Crosbyton where she and her family were active in the Methodist Church and school activities. She moved to Lubbock in the early 80's. Susie was a member of the Oakwood United Methodist Church.

Survivors include 2 sons, Max Gallimore of Atlanta, GA and Kraig Gallimore; wife, Nancille of Elgin; a daughter, Suzette Drisco ll and husband, Walt of Lubbock; 6 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.

Her husband preceded her in death on Dec. 31, 1984.
