After business college she worked at J.C. Penneys in St. Anthony as a bookkeeper. She also served a Deputy Treasurer and Treasurer for Fremont County.
Lucille met and married Lowell Cleone Palmer on November 26, 1948. Their marriage was solemnized on February 17, 1961 in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. They made their home in Egin. Lucille was the organist for many years in the Egin Bench Ward.
She is survived by her son, Terry (Carolena) Palmer, of Egin; two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ivan Abegglen.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and one great-granddaughter.
