FLORENCE - William Granderson Fort Jr., 72, died Monday in Lowman Infirmary in White Rock.
Born in Sumter County, he was a son of the late William G. and Catherine Ann DuCom Fort. He was a retired businessman.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. E. Winter Logan of San Marcos, Texas, and Mrs. Hal H. Crosswell Sr. of Columbia.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today in Byrd Cemetery in Timmonsville.
