Sharon Church was organized at Panora, Guthrie Co., Iowa in March 1855 with eight charter members: Benjamin A. Kimbrell, Robinson Hosier, Theophilus Bryan, Abner Shanks, Lucinda Hosier, Katharine Kimbrell, Elizabeth Shanks and Margaret Whistler. Reb: sources from the Primitive Baptist Library.
