Beatrice Richardson, age 89, of Lead Hill, Arkansas, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2012, in Harrison. She was born on October 9, 1922, in Boone County, Arkansas, the daughter of Rufus and Grace (Carlton) Garrison. Along with her parents, Beatrice was preceded in death by her husband, Gray Coy Richardson; her sister, Billie Ruth Rogers and her 3 brothers; Berl Garrison, Grady Troglin and Ardith Troglin.
Beatrice was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lead Hill and a lifelong resident of Boone County. She married the love of her life, Gray Coy Richardson, on March 17, 1940 in Jasper, AR. Among her hobbies, Beatrice was a homemaker and had a passion for flowers and gardening. One of the greatest pleasures in her life was her grandchildren.
Beatrice is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law; Freddie & Don Foresee and Sheila & Ken Wright, all of Lead Hill, as well as her 3 grandchildren; Clint Simmons & wife, Teresa of Lead Hill, Lesia Foresee of Lead Hill, and Heather Ohler of Harrison, 4 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and a host of other family and many dear friends.
