Jack Kellan Hudson, passed away in Memorial Hospital The Woodlands, on March 1, 2004.

Jack was born in Fordyce, Arkansas on March 8, 1926. He enlisted in the Navy when he was 17 years of age and served during WWII aboard the USS Yavapai, USS Deull, among other ships. After the war, he worked for Texas Eastern Pipeline in Baytown, TX for 35 years, where he retired as a communications supervisor. After retirement, he moved to The Woodlands to be close to his immediate family. Jack was active in his local wood carving club, loved to play his guitar and fiddle, and spend time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Verna Marie Hudson; his son, David & his wife Kathy; as well as his daughter, Marcia & her husband Jack Stibbs. He was adored by his three wonderful grandchildren; Emily Stibbs, Lisa Hudson, & Jake Stibbs.

The funeral services will be held in the chapel of Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Park The Woodlands Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would ask you to send donations to Pulmonary Hypertension Association
