Owen R. Wilson, 71, of Prescott died on August 20, 1974. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, a Mason and a retired building contractor.
Surviving were his wife, Mrs. Vernell Smith Wilson; two sons, Watson Wilson of Prescott and Tillman Wilson of Oklahoma; four daughters, Mrs. W. R. Smith and Mrs. T. D. McMillan both of Texas, Miss Bette Wilson of El Dorado and Mrs. James L. Hart of Little Rock; 19 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. August 22, 1974 at First Baptist Church in Prescott. Burial was in Sweet Home Cemetery by Cornish Funeral Service.
