Married out of high school to Kelly Jernigan who preceded her in death Dec. 22, 1966 in a tragic accident. She remarried June 26, 1971 to Lee R. Moeller, Jr. at Old Ocean, Texas. They have spent the last 40 years fulfilling their promises of Love and Honor to one another.
She was a passionate woman with a talent for oil painting and taking care of their beloved Kitties rescued over many years but she had none greater talent than taking care of others which she did throughout her life. Her strength during life's disappointments was undeniable and admirable.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years Lee "Buddy" R. Moeller, Jr. of Webberville, Texas, son Randy Jernigan of Webberville, TX., daughter Lisa Sheehan of Fredericksburg, TX., grandchildren Erica Leadford and husband Charles of Cameron, TX., Tabatha Zgabay and husband Gerald, Kellie Ann Kaiser and husband Chase , great grand children James and Taylor Marie, Brody Kaiser, and Zaden Zgabay due to arrive in March, and her brother Roy Crosson of Houston, TX..
She was preceded in death by her parents Alfred and Madeline Crosson, spouse Kelly Jernigan, brothers Don M. and Douglas Crosson, and longtime companions Cleo, Buster, and Bootsie.
Viewing at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home will be from 4:00pm to 8:00pm Wed Feb 22, 2012 with a graveside service conducted Feb 23, 2012 at 2:00pm in Van Vleck, TX. at Roselawn Cemetery.
The family requests that instead of flowers that a donation be made to Hospice Austin Christopher House who provided her with loving and tender care during her journey to be with Jesus.
