Mrs. Pansy Fulmer Temples, 88, of Aiken, wife of the late Grady Shaw Temples, died Monday afternoon, April 12, 2004, at Mattie C. Hall Health Care Center, Aiken.

Born in, and a lifelong resident of Aiken, she was a daughter of the late Robert Levi Fulmer and the late Kitteria Bodie Fulmer Woodward. She was a homemaker and member of the Shiloh Baptist Church.

Grandchildren, Douglas Edward Temples, Jr., Janet Temples Blanks, Gaye Temples Cain and Phyllis Temples DeBord; and great-grandchildren, Allison and Ryan Blanks, Kathren and Phillip Cain, Lauren and Stephanie DeBord, Douglas Edward Temples Jr. and Grant Hunt survive.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her only son, Dancel Temples; a brother, Nathan Bodie Fulmer; and sisters, Virgie Fulmer Lowe and Irene Fulmer Gardner.

Funeral services for Mrs. Temples will be held Thursday, April 14, 2004, at the Shiloh Baptist Church, Aiken, with Pastor Taylor Wells officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Ray Blanks, Ryan Blanks, Steve Cain, Phillip Cain, Doug Temples and Mark Thomas. Interment will follow in the church graveyard.
