ROCK HILL—Mr Thomas Franklin Costner, 68, of 821 Carey Drive, died Tuesday December 14, 1993, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
The funeral will be 12:30 pm Friday at First Pentecostal Holiness Church, with the Revs Robert Stewart and Bobby Costner officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Park.

Born in York County, Mr Costner was employed as an assistant supervisor with Defender Industries. He was a US Army veteran of WWII. He was a member of the First Pentecostal Holiness Church and the Ambassador Quartet.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy M Costner; two daughters, Evonne Walters of Fort Mill and Carol Pittman of Rock Hill; his brother, Lynn Costner of Rock Hill; his sister, Mamie Carter of Rock Hill; and three grandchildren.
