Friends here have received word that Mrs. Mabelle M. Matson, former Indianapolis resident for 48 years, died Thursday in Glendale, Cal.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p. m. Tuesday in Wee Church of the Heather, Forest Lawn, Glendale. Burial will be in Glendale.
Mrs. Matson was the widow of Fred E. Matson, former member of the firm of Matson, Ross, McCord & Ice. Mr. Matson died in 1942. She was born in Marysville, O., came here in 1894 and went to California in 1942.
She was a member of the Indianapolis Propylaeum and the Church of Christ, Scientist, in Los Angeles.
Survivors are a sister, Mrs. Frances Lasley, Chicago, and a son, Frederick C. Matson, Van Nuys, Cal.
