Albert L. Kirkhuff, 80,of Apple Valley, died October 25, 1982.A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale with Dudley Mortuary in charge of the arrangements.
Originally from Kansas, Mr. Kirkhuff moved to Glendale where he opened Kirk's Camera Store and later Kirk's Clothing Store before retiring to Apple Valley in 1946. Mr. Kirkhuff was president of the Glendale Lyon's Club and a member of the BPOE and Masonic Lodge 544 F&AM.
He is survived by his wife, Frances; one son, Larry Kirkhuff of Solana Beach; his sister Elsie Howell, of Camino Island, Wash.; five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
