Alvah Alburto Myers was a native son of Quincy, Illinois and the son of Clarence A. Myers. Alvah passed away at 3:30 P.M. at his home after a long illness. He leaves behind his wife Eva Joyce and two children C. Olivia and Jerome Myers as well as his father Clarence; a brother and three sisters. He also leaves behind his uncle John Wesley Myers who is president of the Reliable Incubator company. He leaves behind other relatives and many friends who are saddened by his passing. He was a splendid native of Quincy,IL and will be missed.
