Graveside service for Agnes B. Imel, a retired secretary, was Monday in Mountain View Cemetery, Oregon City. She died Friday in a Portland hospital. She was 82.
She was born Dec. 5, 1905, in Rib Lake, Wis., and moved to Oregon when she was 7. Mrs. Imel lived in Redland before settling in the Milwaukie area in 1927 when she married FRANK L. IMEL.
Mrs. Imel worked as a secretary for 33 years at the Huntington Rubber Mills before retiring in 1976. She was a member of the Eastside Soroptimist Club and the Pi Omicron chapter.
Surviving are her husband, Frank L. of Milwaukie; and sister, Josephine Bonnarens of Milwaukie.
The family requests that remembrances be contributions to a favorite charity.
