He was born June 24, 1934, in Abilene to Willis Allen McDonald and Frances Shoup McDonald. He married Betty Sedberry McDonald Aug. 15, 1952, in Hawley. He was a dairyman and a member of the First Baptist Church.He is survived by his wife, Betty McDonald of Farmersville; daughter, Debra Pitts of Bonham; sons, Jimmy McDonald of Denton and Greg McDonald of Farmersville; brother, W. A. McDonald of Abilene; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
