Mrs. W.R. Davis died at home south of Hartsville shortly afternoon to-day, aged about fifty years. She had been ill with typhoid fever and was seized with an attack of heart failure which caused her death. The funeral will be announced later. Mrs. Davis was one of the most well-known women in that part of the county.
