Joe-Joe is survived by: twin brother, Richard Kellwood; brother, Jesse (Kelly) Kellwood and their three children; sister, Michelle (Tommy) Hill and their three daughters; little brother, Thomas (Leaona) Kellwood and their two daughters; mom and step-dad, Deborah and John Franks; Grandma, Ellen Robinson Franks of Florida; Grandpa, Bobby and Mary Jackson; Grandpa, Joe Kellwood I; loving aunts and uncles, Vicki and Uncle Jerry, Connie Pitt and David Kellwood; and many cousins, aunt's and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Hosteen Kellwood Sr., brother Paul Hosteen Kellwood Jr., Step-Grandma Memaw Hargrove, Grandmother Andrena Kellwood and Grandfather Otha G. Hargrove.
Joe-Joe will be greatly missed by his family and all that knew him. Donations may be made to the family. Parker & Son Funeral Home in Lodi is handling arrangements.
