Services for Martha A. Wright, 89, New Plymouth, who died Sunday at her home, will be at 2 PM Thursday at Dakan Funeral Chapel in Caldwell. Interment will be at Canyon Hill Cemetery. She was born May 15, 1882 at Carthage, Ill., and was raised in that state. She married Arch Wright on Dec 22, 1904 in Carthage. They moved to Parma in that year and lived there for a year.
They then moved to Emmett, and in 1903 to Big Bend Community where they farmed. She was a member of the Methodist Church in Illinois. Her husband preceded her in death. Survivors include two sons, John Wright of New Plymouth, and Wayne Wright of Grants Pass, Oregon; three daughters, Mae Wright of New Plymouth, Lucille Shearer of Paul, and Nellie Butts of Boise; 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
