Andrew Bowser Sr. 60 of 226 Helen, St. Rockford, Michigan, formerly of Kittanning, died Saturday, August 18, 1979.
He was born November 18, 1918, in Kittanning, the son of Lee and Mary (Slagle) Bowser.
He is survived by his wife Hilda; three sons Claude W. of Grand Rapids Michigan, Edward S. Muskegon, Michigan and Andrew Jr. of Cascade Michigan, four daughters, Rosalie of Grand Rapids Michigan, Joanne of Muckegon, Michigan, Judi of Cascasde Michigan, and Joyce Acton of Grand Rapids, Michigan four brothers Loran of Worthington, Jack of Lisbon Ohio, and Finley and Richard both of the Sharon area; six sisters, Mrs Violet Ruffner of Worthington, Leslie Bowser and Mrs. Florence Goodgasell , both of Grand Rapids; Mrs Jean Fryling of Rockford, Mrs Phyllis Dias Cutlerville and Mrs. Sylvia Thorne of Florida; 15 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Funeral services were held on August 27, in Rockford.
