No death VR found for 1st husband in Attleborough, MA.
Marriage: Bolkom, John (Balcom) [Bolckum. C.R.1.], jr., and Elesebeth ______ [Bathsheba Daggett. C.R.1.], May 18, 1742*
Marriage: Sweet, Henry, and Bathsheba Bolkcom [wid. int.], both of A., Feb. 27, 1746-7.
Death: Sweet, Henry, Capt., Nov. 24, 18[2—.]
Vital Records of Attleborough, MA

The 1802 Probate file of Henry Sweet, husb. of Bathsheba Sweet, shows that his son, Henry Sweet, was appointed the sole executor of his Estate on Jan. 5, 1802. Also recorded and approved on Jan 5, 1802 was the Last will and Testament of Henry Sweet, which he had signed on Oct. 20, 1801, he "being weak in body, but of sound and disposing mind and Memory. . ."
Thus if the above vital record , with the questionable year of death, for Capt. Henry Sweet is the same man and husb. of Bathsheba Sweet, then it could be deduced that he died on Nov. 24, 1801. It seems more likely than there being two men named Capt. Henry Sweet, and the VR of death for Bathsheba's husb. was not recorded, but if that is the case, then her husb. died after Oct 20, 1801 and before Jan 5th 1802.
The heirs named in his will are: 1. his widow, Bathsheba unto whom he bequeathed the improvement of one half of his Real Estate, two buildings and Land, (excepting some lots of Wood, Land and Cedar Swamp described therein), and one half of all his personal estate, during her life, excepting one cow. 2. to his son Henry Sweet, all the other half of his Estate both Real and Personal (excepting the wood Lots, Land, and Cedar Swamp above mentioned). 3. to his daughter Bathsheba Tyler, the wife of Walter Tyler, [https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/53917196/walter-tyler], six acres of woodland, twelve acres of Land, one acre of cedar swamp, and one cow.
The inventory of his Estate, in part, shows the Homestead in Attleboro, containing 84 acres with buildings thereon; 17 acres of land; 20 acre lot of woodland; 67 acres of woodland; 7 acres of swamp in Bungo Swamp; and one pew ...

Birth: Sweet, Bathsheba, d. Capt. Henry and Bathsheba (Daggett) [(Bolcoum). dup.], d. Ebenezer, Nov. 21, 1767. Vital Records of Attleborough. [the noted duplicate record of her as d. Ebenezer, is less likely, considering that Henry Sweet named her his dau. in his will.]
