My 2nd great grandmother is definitely a hero to me! Can anyone understand her life!? She had at least 16 children that I know of and I have heard that there may have been one other. She was born in New York, lived in Minnesota then in Illinois, THEN back to Minnesota. She went with her family from Minnesota to Washington State sometime in 1890, having a son along the way somewhere in South Dakota in October of 1890! We CANNOT imagine this today. AND she lived to the wonderful age of 86 years. - Mary Lou Hill
