Mary Susan "Sue" Pierce, age 70 of Allen, Oklahoma left this world to be with her Lord on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahomma. Mary Sue was born on July 1, 1941 to Roy Oscar and Ollie Opal (Frantz) Hicks at Davis, Murray County, Oklahoma. She married Arbra Wallace "A.W." Pierce on November 28, 1958 in Sulphur, Oklahoma. She and her family lived in several different states during her husband's military career. After her husband's retirement in March 1977 Mary Sue and her family settled in Fitzhugh, Oklahoma. In 1995, Mary Sue and her family moved to Allen, Oklahoma where she resided until the Lord took her home.

She was preceded in death by her parents Roy Oscar and Ollie Opal (Frantz) Hicks; three sons Preston DeWayne Pierce, Tony Ray Pierce and Wallace Dean Pierce; one daughter-in-law Donna Jeanette Pierce; two grandchildren Melissa Susan Pierce and Amanda Le'Anne Pierce; two brothers Charles Ray Hicks and Darrel Wayne Hicks; and one sister Betty Ruth Wyatt.

She is survive by her husband Arbra Wallace "A.W." Pierce of the home; four sons John Roy Pierce and wife Pam of Granite City, Illinois, Terry Allen Pierce and wife Shanna of Allen, Oklahoma, Michael DeWayne Pierce and wife Ashley of Allen, Oklahoma and Joshua Nathanial Pierce of the home; one daughter Samantha Diane McKay and husband Tim of Allen, Oklahoma; two sisters Martha Opal "Janie" Moorman of Tecumseh, Oklahoma and Reba Louise "Dooley" Moore of Ada, Oklahoma; two brothers Donald Roy Hicks of Davis, Oklahoma and Ronnie Lee Hicks of Fitzhugh, Oklahoma; six grandchildren Anthony Pierce, Ethan Pierce, Alexis Pierce all of Granite City, Illinois; Victoria Pierce of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Adre'Anne Figueroa of Lawton, Oklahoma and Emily McKay of Allen, Oklahoma; four step-grandchildren Meagan Wooley of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mica Wiley, Seth Wiley and Sarah Wiley all of Illinois and two great-grandchildren Savannah Figueroa of Lawton, Oklahoma and Landon Pierce of Granite City, Illinois; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mary Sue loved fishing, cooking, sewing, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, going to church and always had a story about growing up in the country area around Davis, Oklahom. She was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church in Ada, Oklahoma and loved her Lord.

Services will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 10:00am at the First United Pentecostal Church 517 E. Main, Ada, Oklahoma. Pallbearers are Charlie Hicks, Don Roy Hicks, Anthony Pierce, David Ray Grigg, Clayton Egar and Jeff Richardson. Honorary Pallbearers are Joshua Pierce, Tim McKay and Chad Henry. Interment will be at East Hill Cemetery at Roff, Oklahoma.

Criswell Funeral Home in Ada is handlling funeral arrangements.
