Wesley Christopher Alsobrooks, 43, Erin,Tn., died Saturday, December 18, 2010, at his residence.
A celebration of life service will be held at 1pm Wednesday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Melvin Brooks and Bro. Mark Merritt officiating.
Burial will be in Edgewood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:30 am until 8pm Tuesday and from 9am until service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Wesley was born September 13, 1967 in Dickson,Tn. son of the late Loyd Futrell Alsobrooks and Betty Pierce Alsobrooks.He was preceded in death by his father Loyd Futrell Alsobrooks his brother Wayne Keith Alsobrooks,grandparents John I (Buster) and Susie Alsobrooks and Melvin H. and Ila Pierce.
Wesley was a self employed logger and lifelong farmer. He had a neverending love for his family and friends.He will long be remembered as the most giving,unselfish person his family has ever known.
Survivors include his mother Betty Alsobrooks of Erin,Tn.two daughters Brandi Rena Alsobrooks of Erin,Tn.Krista Leighanne Alsobrooks of Tn.Ridge,Tn.one brother Wendell Alsobrooks of Erin,Tn.one sister Melody (Jim)Alley of Adams,Tn.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Stanfill, Scotty Howell, Greg Dillard, Evan Alley, John Alley, Loren Harvey.Honoary pallbearers will be Jeremy Dennis, Weldon Coleman, Donald Clark, Brent Whitaker, Daniel Whitaker, Bubba Glover, Joey Hughes, Josh Dennis.
