Mrs. Beryl Brickman, age 78, of Dunwoody, died July 3, 2007. Born in Buffalo NY, Beryl's long, devoted career as a registered nurse, included many years at the Georgia Retardation Center. Strong-willed, she even returned to college, receiving a Bachelor's Degree from St. Edwards Univ-Austin, TX, at the age of 55. In her retirement, she enjoyed her grandkids, her pets, being nanny to many families & a passion for people, art & nature. Her husband, William H. Brickman, a retiree of Texaco, preceded her in death. Beryl's fun-loving sense of humor will be missed by her daughters, Veronica Brickman and Greta Refert, grandchildren Geoffrey A. Sandels, III, Michael Refert and Marie Fowler, many loving cousins in the Buffalo area and her extended families in Dunwoody.
