HERBERT L. FREEMAN, 81, a farmer, died yesterday in Marcellus. Born in Wisconsin, he lived in Marcellus 30 years. He had been in ill health five years. Mr. Freeman a member of Marcellus Methodist church, Marcellus Grange 464. Subordinate. Pomona, state and national granges. Surviving are his wife. Mrs. Ruth Lewis son, Herbert L.,Jr.: two grandchildren, James M. and Ruth E. Freeman, both of Marcellus. Services will be at 3 p. m. Sunday at the home, Bishop Hill Rd.; the Rev. Willard Cook of the Methodist church officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Calling hours are are 7 to 9 p. m. today and 3 to 6 and 7 to 9 p. m. tomorrow."
