George Thomas Jeanes, 86, of 1802 Logan Avenue, died Sunday in Winnipeg. Born in Somerset, England, he had resided in Winnipeg for the past 41 years. Surviving are his widow Annie Elizabeth; two daughters Mrs. L. Smith of Port Arthur and Mrs. J. McLeod of Port Arthur, Ont., one step-son Norman Beall of Winnipeg and five grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Bardal's funeral home, with burial in Brookside Cemetery. Rev. G. Foy will conduct the service.
