Mrs. Mary O'Connor
Mrs. Mary C. O'Connor, 83, 14 Cornwall, died Jan. 4, 1952[sic, 1954] at her home after a long illness. Mary Clair was born Dec. 15, 1870 in Oriskany Falls, daughter of the late Patrick and Rebecca Batey Clair. She was educated in schools in Oriskany Falls and came to Utica several years ago. In 1888, in Utica, she was married to Patrick O'Connor. He died in 1934. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Frank March, Mrs. Leo A. Bevins, Mrs. George Dunn and Miss Pearl O'Connor; one son, William, all of Utica; two brothers, Thomas Clair and Henry Clair both of Oriskany Falls; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held at 8:30 a.m., Thursday from the Doyle Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. from Our Lady of Lourdes Church, where a solemn requiem high Mass will be offered. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Children: William F., Lillian M., Pearl Marie, Earl F., Josephine Agnes, Mary and Dorothy.
