Jennie Fisher was born in Charlotte, Mich. on Dec. 22, 1856, a daughter of William and Sarah Swartz. She married Isaac N. Fisher on Feb. 3, 1876. They were the parents of nine children.
Surviving are two sons and six daughters: H. N. Fisher of Lemmon, S. D.; Mrs. Nora Bowlus, Pemberville; Mrs. Bertha Carr, Fremont; Mrs. Sarah LaCourse, Toledo; Mrs. Mellie Harrell, Miami, Fla.; Mrs. Mary Rentor and Mrs. Hazel Lawson, Royal Oak, Mich.; and Lloyd Fisher, Wyandotte, Mich; 14 grandchildren, four brothers and a sister, who are, Charles Swartz, of Fremont; William and Ed of Toledo, Frank of Helena and Mrs. Ellen Matthew of Fremont. A son, Herman, preceded his mother in death and Mr. Fisher died a year ago.
