Mr Burnworth had been a conductor on the railroad of the Pittsburgh Steel Company for a number of years.
He had been selected as one of the pallbearers for James O'Donnell, an engineer on the same railroad, who was buried yesterday afternoon. Both had worked together at the plant for a numbe rof years.
Besides his wife, Mrs Margaret Burnsworth, two children survive.
The body was taken to Fairmont, W VA yesterday and interment will be made in the Meadowdale cemetery there tomorrow
