MARKLEVILLE--Rebecca Doreen Cole, 56, resident of Markelville, passed away Friday evening at Community Hospital in Anderson.
She was born in Greenfield, August 21, 1955, the daughter of Frederick R. and Mary Alice Summers Cole. She worked for several years at Lucy's Diner in Anderson.
Survivors include one son, Matthew Cole of Anderson; two sisters, Bonetta Fisher (Thomas) of Camdentom, MO, and Cathy Fulp (Ron) of Anderson; one grandchild, Karlee R. Cole of Anderson; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Vickie Lynn Slaven.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson with Rev. David Waters officiating.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, Middletown Chapel.
