Horner:
Ellis M. Horner, 59, of 660 Washington Pike, Wellsburg, W.Va., died Monday, September 22, 1980, in Washington Hospital.
He was born December 20, 1920, in Washington County, a son of Melvin and Bernice Sims Horner. Mr Horner was a veteran of World War II.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Phyllis McCabe of Triadelphia, W.Va.; a son Ellis Jr. of Chardon, OH; one brother, Bernard of Washington; a sister, Mrs. Thelma Taylor of Claysville; and four grandchildren.
