Iowa Falls- June 24, at a breakfast here today the announcement was made of the marriage on July 8 of Miss Bertha Pyle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George C Pyle of this city and John L Sharpe of Chicago, son of Mr. and Mrs. Moore I Sharpe of Des Moines. The bride to be is graduate of Penn College, Oskaloosa, and Mr. Sharpe is a traveling auditor for the Illinois Central railroad.

Iowa Falls, Iowa July 9 - Rev. Jasper Hadley of Des Moines performed the ceremony yesterday that united the holy wedlock Miss Betha L Pyle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. C Pyle of this city, and Mr. James L Sharpe of Chicago. The couple will enjoy a honeymoon trip through the east for ten days and will then be at home to their friends in their new home in Fort Dodge.
Mr. Sharpe is a traveling auditor for the Illinois Central Railway company. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Moore I Sharpe, formerly of this city, but now of Perry, and grew to manhood here, graduating from the high school, here in 1908.
