JULIA AGNES GORMAN (NEE: CASON) - 79

Mrs Julia Agnes Gorman, 79, of 4463 McGirts Blvd, died Sunday at a local hospital. Mrs. Gorman was born in Ware County, Georgia near Waycross and had live in Jacksonville for the past 27 years. She was a member of the St. Johns Park Baptist Church and had been very active in church affairs. Survivors include her husband, Edward L. Gorman Sr.;two daughters, Mrs Donald J. Cossaart of Sarasota, Mrs. Roy L. Turknett of Jacksonville, two sons, Edward L. Gorman, Jr. and Jerome T. Gorman, both of Jacksonville, two sisters, Mrs. Vera Wall of East Orange, N.J. and Mrs. B.F. Furman of Brunswick, Georgia, three brothers, Donald James Cason and Joseph Benjamin Cason of Waycross and Frank Cason of St. Simons Island, Georgia, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Tuesday in the Memorial Chapel of Seashole Funeral Parlors with the Rev. Charles Julian, Jr. Pastor of the St. Johns Park Baptist Church officiating, assisted by Rev. Edward C. Naf, Pastor of the St. Johns Presbyterian Church. Interment will be in Riverside Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Ralph F. Silcox, Irvin A. Turknett, Jack F. Hogan, Roy L. Turknett, Jr., Vernon Ellis and Fred Cason.
