SPRINGVILLE PIONEER DIES
John Bryan, 70 years of age, died at his home in Springville First ward late Saturday night of heart trouble. Death came suddenly and without any warning to Mrs. Bryan, who was with Mr. Bryan at the time of his death.
Mr. Bryan was born in Nottingham, Englnd in 1854. He joined the L.D.S. church and came to Utah with his widowed mother when 9 years old and had lived in Springville practically all his life. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Emma A. Bryan and five daughters, Mrs. Thell Thorn of Storrs, Mrs. Archie Combs of Hershey, Neb., and Mrs. Arthur Bird, Mrs. Ralph Weight and Mrs. R.D. Kennedy, all of Springville.
Funeral services will be held in the Springville First ward chapel, Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock with Bishop O.B. Huntington in charge. Interment will be in the Springville city cemetery.
