"BRUCE E. HACKER, 67, ASSEMBLY WORKER -

Bruce E. Hacker, 67, of Hake's Rest Home, 540 S. Queen St., died unexpectedly Thursday at Community Hospital of Lancaster.
An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause of his death.
Born in Lititz, he was the son of the late George [sic] C. and Mary E. Lesher Hacker.
He was a lifelong resident of the Lancaster area.
A graduate of Lititz Area High School, he was an assembly line worker for Woodstream Corp. of Lititz for many years.
In 1988, Hacker was presented with an award by Lancaster Mayor Arthur Morris for his anti-litter crusade in the 200 block of East King Street.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
Surviving is a brother, Rodman, husband of Mary Hacker of Walpole, Mass."
