She was born July 26, 1961 in Ogden, Utah the daughter of Malcolm Blood and Mauna Loa McEntire Morgan.
Aulene graduated from Layton High School in 1979 and participated in the Laytones Musical Group. She attended Weber State University.
Aulene worked as a librarian at Mountain High School. She was a Title One Reading Tutor for many years in Davis County Schools.
She was a member of the LDS Antelope Branch and served as primary president.
Aulene loved playing and teaching violin. She played in the New American Symphony and Morgan Family Quartet. Aulene's greatest accomplishment and joy were her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are her son, Todd M. (Julie) Duffin, two daughters, Olivia (Justin) Lindner, Michelle Larsen, five grandsons, mother, three brothers, Rex M. Morgan, Calvin M. Morgan, Chris Morgan and two sisters, Dauna Jones and Sally Anne Morgan.
Preceded in death by her father and brother, Gaylen Morgan.
Funeral services were held Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Interment, Lindquist's Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
