Born in lower Canada, raised in Vermont, married in Vermont, migrated to Lee/Whiteside Counties, Illinois 1850s with her family, where first son was born, returned to Vermont with her husband and lived out her years. Returned to Illinois/Iowa via train through Canada to Chicago for a reunion of siblings in 1908, accompanied by daughter Amy.
