FARMER - Died, near Downsville, Lincoln parish, La., August 19, 1884, WILLIE FARMER, son of B. F. and E. Farmer, aged one year, ten months and twenty-three days. Little Willie was born September 30, 1883.

This little bud - a mother's love and a father's pride - was just beginning to blossom into loveliness and beauty. He was just beginning to lisp the name of papa and mamma, adding fresher charms to a happy fireside; but that sweet voice is hushed in death - those little feet which stepped so unsteadily in his father's house will walk in security the streets of an eternal home. The death of little Willie has maddened the hearts of two homes; but, ____ weeping father and mother, be consoled.

It was God who took little Willie, and "all things work together for good to those who love God." He has only been transplanted from the thorny bed of earth to the lovely garden of Eden. He, among other loved ones, is waiting and watching for us on that beautiful abode.
Willie's Aunt.
