These same family members were listed in the 1860 census of Henderson County, and Anna supposedly gave the informatin to the census taker. But we lose track of Anna here. So far, we do not know when she died or where she is buried. Aunt Grace (Wyatt) Ballinger had left written information that Anna is buried in Alabama. It is quite possible that she returned to Alabama when her mother became ill and passed away there about the year 1865. We may never learn what actually happened. We do not know exactly when William Hodges Wyatt reached Cooke County, TX but he affiliated with Fish Creek Lodge #344 A.F.&A,M. on 7-25-1874. He served as a Justice of the Peace in Marysville, Cooke County, TX. for several years before passing away in 1888.
