ANNIS E. STINSON, 90, of Germantown, died Wednesday at her son's home in Germantown. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Franklin (Tenn.) Memorial Chapel with burial in Williamson Memorial Gardens there. She leaves a daughter, Lucille Mangrum of Nashville; a son, Vernon Stinson of Germantown; three sisters, Clara Dugan and Dixie Clemmons, both of Nashville, and Imogene Helmes of California, three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
