Bob and Ruby (Simmons) Rogers were married November 13, 1963 and she preceded him in death on November 6, 2000.
Bob had been a manager of the Wells Grocery Store in Pawhuska. He was a truck driver for Osage County, Dresser Titan, and Groendyke Trucking which he retired from; living in the Wynona/Pawhuska area all his life. Bob was a member of the Church of Christ in Pawhuska, Oklahoma and oversaw the Church's Benevolence Room.
Bob is survived by two daughters and one son; three Granddaughters; eight Grandsons; three Great-granddaughters; three Great-grandsons; and One sister.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Ruby and son- David Rogers.
Graveside Service will be Friday, January 13, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Powell Cemetery Pavilion. Songs "Just a Little Talk with Jesus" and taped music will be "King of the Road" by Roger Miller.
A Military Service will be conducted by the American Legion, Post 198, of Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Arrangements were made under the directions of Powell Funeral Home, Hominy.
