Mrs. Josephine Blessing Ackerman, 92, of Williams Street, died Thursday at home after a short illness.

Born in Schenectady, Mrs. Ackerman was a lifelong city resident.

She was the secretary for the Schenectady City Urban Renewal.

Her husband, Walter K Ackerman, died in 1968.

Survivors include a son Walter C. Ackerman of Schenectady and three grandchildren.

Internment in Grove Cemetery.
