Virginia was born to William "Ed" Matarelli and Grace Matarelli (nee Tincher). On Jan. 12, 1957, she married William Lee "Bill" Molleck in Peoria. He survives.

Virginia also is survived by five children, Lee Ann (Doug) Hoover, Bill Jr., Greg, Michele (Eric) Rozier and Erika Goldring; sister, Diane Mitchell (nee Matarelli); four grandchildren, Morgan and Haley Hoover, Ethan and Hayden Rozier; four nieces, Jackie (Erik) Chapman, Kristi (Mark) Webb, Tricia (Mike) Brewster and Kerry Swacker; her great-nieces, Kamille, Hannah and Madison Webb; and her great-nephews, Kyle and Ryan Brewster.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents.

Virginia was a graduate of Academy of Our Lady and attended Bradley University in Peoria.

After working at American Airlines in Chicago and Great Central Insurance Company in Peoria, Virginia devoted her time to her family and her community. Once her children were grown, she began her second career as a successful RE/MAX real estate agent.
