Burdett, 79 years old, of 1103 ½ West 30th Street, will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday n the Jordan Funeral Home. Burial will be in Union Chapel Cemetery. Mrs. Burdett, a retired laundress at Methodist Hospital, died Sunday in General Hospital. She was a member of the North Side Nazarene Church. Survivors include a brother, Peter Arthur of Greencastle, and two nephews and five nieces, whom Mrs. Burdettt had raised as her own children. They are Forrest and Donald Arthur, Mrs Garlton Harman, Mrs. Joe Curtis, Mrs. Carl Leach, and Mrs. Todd Parker, all of Indianapolis, and Mrs. Al Felderman of Chicago, Ill. (note: Union Chapel Cemetery is at 8301 Haverstick Rd, Indpls. 252-5883). Wife of Jonathon Emery "Roxy" Burdett buried beside her.
