She had three sons according to the 1920 Dade County, Missouri census. They are William (should be Wilbur) Patterson age 13, James H Blankenship age 7, and Dean Palmer age one month. Fannie is listed as age 36 in 1920, which conflicts with the dates on her death certificate.
Fannie Patterson married John A Blankenship January 27, 1911, Dade County, MO. She married Eli Palmer, December 24, 1917, at Bolivar, Polk County, MO. Son Wilbur married Marie McRalph Miller. Little Dean was adopted by another family after Fannie's death. He also passed away in 1922 and is said to be buried in Rice Cemetery.
