Adam K. Kriner, 72, of R. R. 3, died this morning at 6:30 at the Chambersburg Hospital. He was a retired laborer.

A son of the late William F. and Margaret Frey Kriner, Mr. Kriner was born March 30, 1888 near Scotland. He was a member of the Church of God.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Sarah Reath Kiner; five sons and daughters: Clifford, of Baltimore; Jay, of Dearborn, Mich.; S/Sgt. Paul, of the USAF, Redlands, Calif.; Mrs. William Spielman, Dearborn, and Gerald, of R. R. 3; a step-son, G. Wilbur Coover, R. R. 6; 18 grandchildren and a brother, David F. Kriner, Waynesboro.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Barbour funeral home with the Rev. M. H. Kephart officiating. Burial will be made in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, near Scotland.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.
