"Hopeland, Feb 5-William H Hacker, 78, died yesterday afternoon in his Lititz R.D.1 residence here.
Born in Elizabeth Township, Lancaster County, a son of the late Benjamin and Annie (Hellinger) Hacker, he had been last employed as a lathe operator at the Keath Planing Hill, Lititz.
Hacker was a member of the local camp, Patriotic Order Sons of America.
H is survived by his widow, Mayme (Nessinger) Hacker; a son Mark W., at home; a daughter, Mildred, wife of John M Dinger, Stevens R.D.1, and a sister, Lillian, wife of John Todd, Lititz.
Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Mellinger Funeral Home, Denver, the Rev. G. Jay Umberger officiating. Burial will be in Brickerville Cemetery."
