CANASTOTA >> Evelyn L. Adamo at the age of 89 formerly of Canastota, N.Y. died Palm Sunday, April 9, 2017 at The Grand in Chittenango, N.Y. after being a patient since 2010.
She was born on Aug. 12, 1927, the daughter of John and Maugurete Planty Klock. She married Albert E. Adamo in Pennsylania in 1953; he passed away Nov. 14, 2010. Evelyn was of the Catholic faith.
Surviving are one brother, John L. Klock of St. Johnsville; one son, Robert Wadsworth of Oregon; one granddaughter, several nieces and nephews and one sister-in-law, Lillian Snedeker of Verona Beach, N.Y.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 13, 2017 at the Fiore Funeral Home, 317 S. Peterboro St., Canastota, N.Y. at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Stephen P. Wirkes, pastor of St. Agatha's Church, Canastota, N.Y. officiating. Burial will be made in St. Agatha's Cemetery, Canastota, N.Y. Friends may call at the Fiore Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 from 6-8 p.m.
